Earth Day is an annual event on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. Last year, on earth day we have launched the project of segregating waste at the source starting in the classroom. With that in hand, this year we are shifting our gear from waste collection to waste reduction/refusal. Lead by Gen Tenzin Jamyang La (Chief of E-Club), this year we are determined to say no to single use plastic rather encourage better alternatives, Starting with introduction of use of tiffin over plastic in school canteen. Our sincere thanks goes to Gen Tenzin Jamyang la for his persistent effort to keep sterile school environment and keeping mother nature healthier in a broader perspective. We are equally grateful to the school management team for their gracious support. Special thanks to all the E-Club Members of the school.
